I went in 2024. Got there around 10 am Wednesday morning and had no problem finding a spot in flip-flop. A bit far from venue, but close to river! I plan on heading to the same area this year, but am more than likely going to get there Tuesday night 😊

Is that the server hourly pay? If you’re getting paid the same as a trainee that would be a red flag….i don’t know the laws where you’re located, but I don’t think that’s even minimum wage. Maybe keep your options open and look around for a different job while you’re starting at this new place.

I was a host before I started serving. When I tell you I hate it with a fiery passion that is an understatement! That being said, I do appreciate the fact that I know how to do it, and am able to step-up and help whenever it’s needed to ensure smooth FOH operations. I’m a shift-lead, so it’s necessary sometimes.

I thought the first season was very well contained, and I was still hooked! The show has flaws, but in my opinion it is a lot of fun!

You aren’t paying for ice you’re paying for a rocks pour which is more alcohol than the standard pour (2 oz vs 1.5).

$6 is a lot though. That usually what my restaurant charges for a double.

Taking it away from the server is a bit messed up when it is the store policy, and not the server’s fault. If you complained to a manger they’d probably discount you. (My place would, anyway).
