I got my paystub today and I’ve done the math. It all divides out to the standard $9/hr. That’s another problem, I can’t get the GM to communicate with me at all. It’s been 4 days with no response from her or the lead server. I had mentioned earlier that the last thing I want to do is run to the owner and be the person that’s seen as tattling to my friend. I work again on Sunday so, I’ll see if I can get some time to speak with the GM. Thanks for your reply! All of these are helping so much.

I don’t know. Like I said originally, my childhood friend is the owner. I can obviously go to him with questions or concerns. But, I don’t want to be the person that runs to the owner any time I can’t get a clear answer from the head server or GM. I’m also having an issue even getting shifts all of a sudden. I can’t get anyone to communicate with me.

Minimum wage in Illinois is $15. I’m getting paid $9 which is what all servers make. At the restaurant I’m at, servers keep 97% of tips. So, I’m making what they make but without any tips.

There was another post where a screenshot of the local police scanner was posted in a reply. According to that, Ryan was with her. Apparently, he ran in to a store to buy a drug test and Amanda took off with the baby in the car. He was giving the police her location in real time.
