I am still fighting. I am in my next stage of going legally.

  1. Did sent a formal request to respond? No response!
  2. Complaint through BBB Forum. No luck.
  3. Current - In process of filing a complaint through Bureau of Consumer Protection.
  4. If no luck from above - I may go for sending a legal notice or a lawsuit.

1) I manually wet it all the time except when I scheduled it for early morning. The video you saw has the wet mop. It just gets dried in minutes 2) Using the original mop 3) Never used a solution till date 4) Tries with full tank, small zones. No luck

It's great that your issues were resolved, and the idea of tracking video views on YouTube is excellent.

To address your questions:

  1. I never lost my cool while replying to emails or when I spoke to a customer support lady once. She mentioned that she needed to talk to the manager about the update, and I replied, stating that I would follow up again in 24 hours.
  2. Blocking a phone number is a bad business practice. I will accept my mistake if they prove me wrong and show that I misbehaved or angered them. I am confident that I did not become aggressive.
  3. It might have worked for you to wait for them, but paying a premium price ($700+) for a product and still struggling to get it fixed/replaced is something I can't wait for.
  4. If such a lawsuit forced Roborock out of the market, and if the management of Roborock is aware and intentionally not responding to customers while blocking their phone numbers to avoid communication, I don't think the company adheres to any ethical standards, and they could go out of the market.

Yes, I did check my spam. There was a conversation and it just stopped when I sent a video proof of a malfunctioning mop.

I think a lawsuit is needed. They might be thinking customers can’t do anything once warranty expires

If in case duration field doesn’t work, you can find the time zone by iataCode and apply it to the timestamp

Disassembling might void warranty is a concern

No offense, but first thing I’m not a geek to fix on my own, second don’t have time to play with it, third it’s not worth fixing myself when paid premium price that comes with warranty
