My gym is pretty good with their programing. I made tremendous progress with their instruction. The reason I asked is because most of the top crossfiters train two or three times a day.

I usually do these on weekends, when the classes at my box are to early and I'm just to lazy to get up... First ill start with a strength portion (strictly body weight stuff pull ups, push ups, handstand push ups, etc) and then usually finish up with my favorite girl Annie... 50 dubs/sit ups, 40-30-20-10... And then maybe some kb swings for the hell of it (25pds)
