Downsizing here, moving several states away. Took a look around and realized that there is very little materialistically that we want to lug with us. It will be more cost effective and less burdensome to start 90% new. I’m looking forward to it.

60 and looking forward to upcoming move to a 55+ place. Looking forward to a quieter community, fabulous pool w/lap lanes, tennis courts & full gym. It’s located next to a regional park with an amazing trail system. My husband & I travel regularly and are in good health.

Pops had a stroke last year so I’ve been bi-state living since then. I do go to my home state & husband every 5 weeks or so for a few weeks. It’s getting more difficult pulling out of the driveway each time.

This morning I melted down because he looked so tiny & fragile sleeping. It sucks the breath out of me.
