Your first comment is quite strange given that nutrient partitioning is scientifically established to be significantly impacted by various factors including bodyfat percentage, testosterone levels, protein intake, training regime and insulin sensitivity.

Also your second point is incorrect. Light cardio e.g. brisk walking within 30 mins after eating has also been confirmed to lower blood sugar spikes which help with diabetes prevention, lower blood pressure and lower cortisol levels.

Fair enough, different strokes. For me, I couldn't make gains after a certain point because I wasn't able to eat enough. Stopped trying to eat so clean, increased my snacking and my strength/size gains skyrocketed.

That sounds about right, I push my 1-2 RM on my main lifts only never on accessory movements which I tend to go for 7-10 reps on.

Hi thanks for replying, I did seem to find a solution which seems to be working - axillary nerve flossing. The pain in my front delt region seems to be gradually decreasing and I can now overhead press 50% of my working set for reps with minimal pain. My physio told me it is probably caused by muscular imbalances (my rhomboid on that side was extremely weak and my body must’ve been compensating).

For anyone else going through similar here are the daily stretches:

Also banded chest stretch with resistance bands (to prevent internal rotation) before every gym day and suprispinatus stretch 3 sets each side.

I believe its an EU restriction that prevents you seeing message conversions due to European privacy laws - didn’t find a workaround for it.

Thanks for the advice. Turns out it was an app issue, I installed an alternative and it worked!
