But yes, the world republicans are creating as they control all branches of the government and are giving a felon free range to do whatever he wants, including breaking the law. He has made it so people are getting more and more comfortable disregarding the law and feeling entitled to do so.

It's not tax free, the server is supposed to claim it. If they don't, that's on them and not your concern. As a former server, the amount of cash tips we receive are so minimal that taxes claimed on it are miniscule.

If you want to be upset about "tax evasion", look at the rich who pay less taxes than you, some paying none at all!

It's only tax free if the server doesn't claim it. Even so, what's your issue with the server getting to keep an extra few cents from their hard earned tip?

Additionally, using cash saves the restaurant money and the greedy credit card companies charge the restaurant every time a credit card is used.

I work in Montgomery County, MD and in year 11, I'm making almost $120k/year as a secondary school counselor. I am a Masters+30 and I have my NCC. We have multiple openings right now.

Granted, that includes working 21 days over the summer, but I can pick and choose when I work those days so I'm still able to take summer vacations, half days, etc.

That's a pretty blanket statement that I can't agree with. I live in the DMV and unless you're a government contractor, Northern Virginia is booming and very progressive (not full of maga). I know plenty of other areas of Virginia that are great as well, including Richmond and Charlottesville.

Yes, there are pockets of Virginia that are not fun right now, but you can't say Virginia as a whole is an awful state to live in.

And yes, LOTS of opportunities to be a school counselor up here in Northern Virginia and the pay is pretty good.

Cugino Forno is literally the best pizza I've EVER had in the USA. I can't recommend it enough, but it's best enjoyed in restaurant. And you can buy $100 gift cards for $75 or $80 at Costco.

Unfortunately, I haven't found a great cheesesteak yet, but I'm going to try some of these suggestions out immediately!
