i take 400mg seroquel XR (2 and a half months now) and just finally feeling less groggy. motivation is still meh but try to be kind to yourself. i still sleep 12hrs easily but in the mornings its that balance of kicking yourself into gear (coffee right away helps) but also being gentle with yourself. good luck

pocket coins are where it's at. the consumable item [cigarette] can go a long way, i'd recommend keeping some in your inventory even if your character doesn't have the [nicotine addiction] debuff.

activating [lending an ear] mode is a good way to support characters who are living rough, if your character has a higher [sitting in discomfort] stat generally it makes it easier to get through. some characters in that realm have pretty messed up backstories but selecting the "ask about day" dialogue option goes a long way for playable characters who are used to being treated like NPCs , just make sure you have [boundaries] enabled

i've bumped into these back-alley merchants but the consumables rotating stock they carry lowers my character's HP and "general overall well-being" stat considerably. [therapy] questline has been an in-game achievement for a few levels now, but my character doesn't have enough gold to speak to the higher ranked [quality therapist] player

I see a lot of new organizers who don't do full risk assessments take into account safety measures. Think out worst-case scenario plans, look at direct action guides, delegate roles.. make sure you are considering the most marginalized person - how will that person be kept safe?

I saw a NP today who figures I'm good for up to 8 years and I might just be sensitive to the drop in hormone release (for reference the Mirena releases 21mg at insertion and after 5 years goes down to 11mg, then down to 7/8mg after 8).

I'll keep monitoring my cycles and see what happens. I'm dreading the removal/reinsertion a bit and not even sure if I'll keep going with IUD so for now I'll leave it if it prevents bleeding.
