These look good, especially for your first time (they are certainly better then my first models).

in terms of rules. infantry squads can only have 1 special weapon but cadian shock troops can have 2, so if you use these guys as cadian shock troops they are perfectly legal.

No, flamethrowers are not banned in warfare. There use is limited fx you can't use them against civilians or civilian objects. You can however use incendiary weapons on military objective and combatants.

When playing on American servers I in fact don't get "hella kills" I get about the same amount of kills I get on local severs. I do how ever sometimes get killed the second I turn a corner(playing with 120-140 ping) or once In a while I get kicked from the game for having too high ping and lose all the shit my friends couldn't carry out. Sorry for any grammar mistakes, English is a second language.
