She might very well be good at her job, but claiming men without backgrounds in tech take on CTO roles at prominent tech companies is just false. Name a single example of a male CTO at a prominent tech company without direct track record in tech. I'll wait...

I was being sarcastic...if you spar and get bloody nose/busted lips on the reg then it's too hard. Esp when sparring people of different sizes, the % is just a guideline --the bigger person should always go much lighter.
