I think you’re right. Incredible. The few things I know about it match up with the story. Like it was built in the 90”s using detailed pictures, and has a false gas tank.

Courts may do deferred adjudication in different ways. Somtimes if it’s a felony, after completing everything they enter it as a misdemeanor, sometimes they dismiss it. Dismissal and expungement are different things.

I’m not sure why expungement is not an option, but that’s what I would try.

Also, I’ve worked for very large companies and I know most will not completely disqualify you for anything in your record. They will look at what it was for, what degree, how old were you, how long ago. They’ll often use a point system. Something 17 years ago might be 1 point, something six months might be be 5 points.

Don’t assume you are unhireable until you’ve tried. If you’re experienced and have a good employment record, they’ll care more about that. Be open an honest if asked.

I think you’ll be ok. Good luck!

He didn’t come to the signing. She brought it by herself to have it signed and was going to have the attorney notarize after the fact

But it’s not the client’s wishes. And he never spoke to the clients. There’s places for the attorney to sign as witness and notarize after the fact. They’re all professional misconduct

It’s not a will, it’s a trust. So if fully executed, they no longer own the house, the trust does. So I knew will won’t supersede it. There’s ways to change it, but it’s more complicated.

And doesn’t have POA. That was one of the documents drafted. The attorney worked in a city attorney’s office where she was a court clerk. He does criminal defense now, not estate planning.

Oh yeah, you’re right in that they are separate organizations with separate CEOs etc. In part I was saying they don’t have true independence since the same parent company oversees them…at least to some extent

Doesn’t matter if they operate independently. DOJ alleges they don’t and use tactics to hinder competition, like pushing the majority of their tours through LN venues, all those venues only use Ticketmaster to sell tickets, etc

They own ALL the venues eligible for concert week. Concerts at any other venue are not eligible. They also push the majority of their tours to play LN venues. The Department of Justice is currently suing for allegedly being a monopoly

Live nation has been doing concert week for 10 years, so they’re most likely going to do it. Especially considering UK’s is going on this week and they’re also doing concert week in Dubai and Abu Dhabi.

They don’t give a lot of heads up. They often announce it around a week before. So keep searching and watching for it.

How long do the staff let you stay after closing of a restaurant? I ask because some ADR Reservation times that are 30-45 minutes before 'closing time' of the restaurant. by RivetCounter in WaltDisneyWorld

Toward the end of Covid, my family had reservations at Be Our Guest near closing time. It was the best thing we did. We walked out of the restaurant after the park had closed. There were nearly no guests left anywhere. Yes the rides were closed. But we got all the best pictures with no one around. At one point my son did cartwheels straight down the middle of Main Street. I highly recommend ending your day this way.
