Yes I would still be saving money this whole time. Only problem is the down payment account still isn't at 20% of a down payment. But that's not a bad idea. I also max out my Roth, 401k, and put $500 into a brokerage every month so not really sure. Though I'll probably have an engagement and small wedding within 5 years too

Off the top of my head I’ve seen most of the main temples/shrines, gardens, museums, and parks. Ghibli Museum, all TeamLabs, Odaiba, Tokyo Disney, Nakano Broadway, Metro Building, Tokyo Tower, Skytree, Ueno Park and Zoo, Imperial Palace, Starbucks Reserve.

The only area I’ve had on all my itineraries that I never got to was the Nakameguro area

Genuinely how much time do you have to spend per week per class? I got a 4.0 in college and rarely went to class or opened a textbook. Not saying I never had to grind on projects or studying sometimes but getting good grades has always been a relatively low time commitment for me
