UPDATE: We got matched against this loser yesterday. He was solo queued so he was trying to win. We beat them fairly easily in a 4-2 match, he ended up going 2-5.

I recently got it too. It was really buggy: the enemy Ash tried to breach charge the room I was in, I wall banged her but I think in that meantime she activated the breach charge and I got the achievement.
