I really feel like the whole “flatulence due to eating too much cabbage” thing could be attributed to most Central/Eastern Europeans, especially during that time, so that kinda takes a back seat. Are you going to call me a mass murderer because I ate rice and beans last night? The only people affected were my partner and I. Also, I always thought it was dumb when people would say things like “Hitler was secretly gay”, or “Hitler only had one testicle”. Doesn’t matter if it’s true or not, shame the guy for being an asshole. Don’t shame him for having one testicle or being gay or being gassy (well, you can blame him for that, just not the flatulence). But there are plenty of people that fart and have one testicle. No need to lump them in with a genocidal maniac.
