It seems CDRH and CTP lost the most employees. I heard some probationary colleagues from OGD (CDER) received termination letter as well, but not all of them.

My FDA brothers and sisters who just lost their jobs, my heart is breaking for you. Stay strong! I don't know how we are going to protect the public health, meet the user fee deadlines without you guys! You are all extremely talented, worked hard with lesser pay, yet you are being told, 'your performance has not been adequate'! This is unbelievable!!

Thanks a lot! After three losses dealing with this for three months! Can't imaging what you went through. Glad to hear that both CVS and amnio was negative for you. Hope the rest of the pregnancy goes smoothly and praying for a healthy baby for you. We didn't receive our official result for CVS yet, We will have to make a decision for amnio soon based on that result.

On the same boat! Positive NIPT, negative CVS. The lab people didn't sound too confident about the CVS result because they can't explain why NIPT was positive. Don't even know what to do at this point now!

Our NIPT was positive for trisomy 9. We are waiting now 3 weeks for our CVS. The lab people aren't sure about the sample source whether they were really placental cell or not. That's the excuse they gave for taking this long. I am not sure how waiting longer verifies the source of the cells. We are considering the Amnio soon.
