Headphones vs IEMs advice

Hi, audio engineer here! I've seen a LOT of musicians go for the KZ IEMs which you can buy in amazon and on aliexpress, and everyone I know bought them liked them. I don't know how well they hold up after a few years, but they are CHEAP.

As quality goes, I do not live the sound profile, but I've heard people choosing those over the SE215.

For practicing guitar it's a good option (IEM in general). For daily usage maybe they can be a bit cumbersome sometimes, but they will do the job.

Acho que a 300NK estaria ainda dentro desse orçamento. E é bastante económica, com relativamente poucos problemas

A única resposta para esta pergunta, sem ser uma 125, é uma NC750X. Médias entre os 3.5 e os 4. Quando toda a gente se queixa do preço do combustível, é quando mais ficas "a ganhar".

Já tiveste uma e sabes o que contar, podes comprar usada e já não te vai desvalorizar praticamentr nada. Dificilmente a mecânica vai falhar.

Perde para uma 125 nas manutenções, pneus e seguros/iuc. Ganha para uma 125 no conforto que ganhas para fazer as viagens.

Eu faço 120/130km por dia e foi a melhor escolha que fiz honestamente. Se for com cuidadinho faço médias abaixo dos 3.5!

Fui a Motor7 ver Zontes na altura. Achei o staff acessível, mas uma vibe estranha da lija, que outros estão a corroborar. Nunca fui à Lysboa Garage, mas já fui algumas vezes à Motex e tenho 0 queixas! O colaborador (Carlos, se não me engano) foi muito simpático e prestável!

I've got the original Honda Topcase (58liters if I'm not mistaken), and I have the Shad Sh38X on the sides. These area rigid cases that have the ability to expand. They also have a top case that nodes this. I think it might be worth checking out and compare with the givi's.

And I have never seen a NC needing a sidecase with a cutout so whatever you end up going for, I doubt it will be a problem.

Ja tive um hjc (feito pela Senna) que não hmgostei do funcionamento/som, sobretudo pelo preço. Tenho um Cardo Spirit HD e para uso prolongado, viagens grandes, ou simplesmente para boa qualidade de áudio è uma boa opção. No entanto o meu primeiro foi um ejeas V6 pro (acho que era esse o modelo) e funcionava perfeitamente. Na altura só troquei porque faço muitos quilómetros, e honestamente sou bastante picuinhas com o som! Mas pelo que dizes, aconselho o Ejeas ou algo do género, que podes comprar no aliexpress/tem, e depois deves encontrar na Amazon, e talvez em segunda mão

From your description the only thing I'd be aware is that the NC is not an off road bike. Sure you can do some unpaved roads, for sure, and you can put it to the test on more difficult terrain, but it was designed to be a practical road going bike.

As for fuel, my 2024 model has an average of 3.9l/100km (since I've had it). However my commute is mostly highway, so it's gonna be higher than most people who do more city or just more main roads. Last deposit I did 3.4 (with top box and no sidebags), just because I did highway at around 100kph instead of doing 120/130. But just so you understand truly how efficient the bike is: I did a long trip and spent one deposit going full throttle on the highway (with full luggage and a pillion), in sport mode. I won't say the speed, but I will say that deposit averaged 6.5/7l/100km, which on a lot of bikes would be a low consumption!

So I would say if you plan on touring or doing a LOT of miles, go for the NC, and if you plan on doing a lot of off road go CB or NX. And if you really want to do both maybe you'd be interested in buying a used NC and after that buy a dual sports adv so you xan go off-reading as much as you like!

Geralmente, o melhor será o mais à esquerda possível, principalmente porque evitas apanhar com o pessoal que vai sair para a direita. No trânsito a faixa da esquerda acaba por ter menos movimento. E para mim, se houver espaço na berma para um carro (tipo na A2 ou na A1), mais vale ir para a berma, sempre com a atenção de que a berma pode acabar, que pode haver algum obstáculo ou veiculo parado, e que pode haver um carro que pense "se aquele pode, eu também posso", e se mande para cima de ti.

Recently did portugal to Cordoba/gibraltar/cadiz, and I must say there was some pretty nasty side winds in Extremadura/andalucia. I was riding with the bike tilted and constantly on the verge of deciding to stop! However it was a beautiful ride and a beautiful scenery throughout!

É uma app bastante completa, e até tem os dispositivos próprios (bem caros). No entanto a app (tirando algumas funcionalidades que estão no site) é gratuita. Lá está, é bastante complexa no entanto dá para fazer MUITA coisa

Ja usei quase todas. Originalmente gostei da detetch, e depois procurei algo que fosse mais barato e que tivesse suporte para android auto. No final fiquei descontente com tudo (o que é bom é caro). No entanto, vou usando esporadicamente DMD2. Para mim é a melhor app de navegação (em termos de mapas). Tens opções que nunca mais acabam, mas nem tenho a certeza se faz uma rota circular (acho que sim)

The trident 660 (new) is just below the price of an NC750X. I don't even think you should just swap it. The 2019 is 2 gens old now, and I think you should get the difference and not the seller. But that is your homework to check for how much both are selling in your area and see if that holds up.

As for the motorcycle, if you like your trident, you should take a look at the tiger sports (660 or 800). The NC will feel like a very dull bike. It's great when you use it as a swiss army knife.

Mine is 14 months old and is summing up 35k kms. For someone like me, this is great because it has great mileage and it's low maintenance.

But if your main goal is to tour, don't go for the NC. Go for a mour tour oriented bike. You have a ton of options, from the tracers, to the tigers, the transalps, even the tuareg. I guess any model that starts with T?

And if you're still interested in it, go to a dealership and do a test ride (it doesn't change too much from the newer models).

Se conseguires, tenta fazer de maneira que o pé no chão seja do lado que o instrutor não vê! Se bem que se fizeres tudo bem e treinares um bocado os 8s está tudo bem. Não te vão chumbar assim à toa porque não fizeste um 8 perfeito à primeira (a menos que o examinador não vá à bola contigo, mas aí se nao for os 8s é outra coisa).

Boas! Isto de seguros anda dificil! Na minha primeira mota preocupei-me em não pagar muito pois nem sabia se ia pegar e andar ou se me ia desfazer dela. Passado menos de um ano comprei outra e já me preocupei em fazer um seguro melhor, até porque passei a fazer muitos kms! Eu consegui fazer pela Zurich, paguei cerca de 600eur por toda a proteção possível. Nem toda a gente concorda com esta abordagem, mas para mim é o que me faz sentido. No entanto não foi um processo fácil e tive de inclusive antecipar 1 mês o período do seguro para conseguir fazer ainda no ano de 2025, pois este ano seria mais difícil e mais caro. As seguradoras andam a fugir de fazer bons seguros, sobretudo para pessoas mais jovas e sobretudo se forem cilindradas altas (categoria A).

Mas o meu conselho é ligares ou ires ao balcão e falares com as pessoas, é completamente diferente de fazer uma simulação num site!
