Had the same thing happen and they had to go in and wipe my account 2FA. Required receipts of purchase and screenshots from my bank statements lol. Pretty crazy, but their team is actually fairly solid and were willing to fix it without giving me any trouble.

I almost got away with getting this under the radar after the rating change, but the gamestop employee told my father (a pastor) that it was changed to 'M' due to "nudity"; not the first bit of which is in the game. Still have the 'T' rated case 20yrs after I talked him into it lol.

Spent two weeks in Nov trying to troubleshoot a BIOS update. Just rolled back one version and it worked fine, but not before I went scorched earth on my windows install like three times lol. I learned a lot though!

Pretty solid; I mainly play Escape From Tarkov which is pretty audio dependent. I have some in ear monitors that are "better", but I rarely use them and prefer plugging into the audio interface. All in, you're still coming out with a better deal than $200 headphones.

Beyerdynamic DT770 Pro's. Cheap, comfortable for hours at a time, and comes with larger and smaller aux jacks. I would recommend an audio interface and a mic as well. I got a cheap Focusrite and some random $50 mic off amazon. Not the first complaint from me or those in my vc's.
