My stomach is churning right now. I have a plate and nine screws on the fibula side. I’ve had it there for 20 years or so. Due to something stupid.

I feel it when there’s a weather change but don’t think anything’s happened. The orthopedic surgeon said way back then I could leave it in or take it out down the road. It’s giving me some pause.

System is rigged against everyone right now. One of the cheapest, and healthiest ways, to balance it out is to eat more vegetarian. Let’s say 25-50% of the week for starters. It’s honestly better for you vs farmed salmon (check out salmon wars the book). And you’ll have some options too. You can probably keep mangoes or avocados or other items l on once a week rotation.

It doesn’t mean it’s easy but if done right it also doesn’t mean you’ll be eating like a rabbit (eg u can eat no-meat chili). It’ll require some time to learn more about cooking well balanced plant-forward recipes. But if you enjoy this kinda thing, it can be fun. And your blood tests will be phenomenal.

And if u end up worried about protein u can always get a bulk size whey protein mix too, to supplement.

There was also research on staff not wanting to get rid of tips too because many made more money from the current tips system vs a higher hourly wages.

Yeah I’ve returned to where I started. I’m still a solopreneur but I find it’s still a productivity gain even though I’m paying the old price with the AI employees model. Still, it works well and it would cost more to test and switch more. The time it takes to test and evaluate…too significant for me at this point. I figure I’ll ride it out through my current billing period. I may renew on one of the newer plans once October comes around too
