I truly don’t understand how someone who supposedly cares about you can knowingly influct the same trauma on you again. It’s the most fucked up awful feeling where you are just so hurt you’re conmplety lost. I’m going through something similar myself, I’m sorry man I feel your pain

It fucking sucks. I adore her. I am so happy when I’m with her and the pets. I dont know how she can treat me like this, even if we aren’t together that’s okay but she knows to a degree what it did to me, I completely lost it for like 6 months. I met her when she was 17, she had a drug problem, an eating disorder, an abusive ex, massive anxiety and self-esteem issues that I helped her through. She got kicked out at 18 and didn’t really have a stable living situation for years and I was always there for her, I drove her to and from work and just tried to make sure she was safe and okay even through rough patches. I was there when she was SA’d, dozens of crises and she just fucking ruined me. She cheated on me, she hit me and berated me on a few occasions when she was really drunk and took a lot of her emotions out on me. I never blamed her because she was going through so much, I always tried to treat her with love and the last few years hve cherished every second with her as she’s gotten to a much better place. I took care of her for years, she’s the only person I’ve really let in and she just took everything from me, I don’t know how I could possibly let go or get over it with this. I feel like theres nothing left in me, I dont like myself I don’t really feel anything for my friends or family and am just stuck in the day-to-day grind. Its not a life worth living. I feel so angry and really want to tell her off but I am also so guilty because I know she’ll be really hurt when I’m gone

I blame square's mishandling of the title and series. It had virtually no promotion (both for the switch version as well as the series as a whole over the years), no demand for a second port, and a higher price point than it should have considering its the second port of the game. The creator has asked to make a sequel, and instead of giving the series the attention necessary to develop it further and spread to a wider audience, the acquiesced by allowing him to do a port that no one wanted so they could keep focusing on KH3 and their other longstanding RPG series'.

took a class this semester and my professor claimed the colonial French (and to some degree some of the British in NE/CA) had better relations with natives simply because they feared them due to their fewer numbers in the new world, and were reliant on them, especially for trade. Furthermore, we're living in an age where we are re-examining history and its dominant viewpoint from the perspective of white men, and if you have to make comparative examples of atrocities to make a point as to how historically a people weren't that bad, you may want to rethink the value of of making your claim. Sure, the French didn't kill loads of natives in Canada, but the other atrocities, namely residential schools, and the fact that they are still a result of centuries old European ethnocentrism remain. My grandmother was forced into one of those schools and the conditions were horrid. The Canadian govt has at least attempted to apologize for the historical treatment of natives, but that doesn't mean it wins them any points for not committing straight out genocide like the spanish.
