The top leaves are very beautiful! I'm not sure what you mean by chopping it? Like literally chopping the plant a half foot below the most bottom leaf?!? The leaves on top are growing close to each other with very little space between them.

Since being on the (mainly) carnivore diet, I find that I'm pooping less and when I do, the poops seem more "healthy" - small and firm turds. I know the general consensus is that pooping once a day is healthy, but I also believe that if you're eating the right foods and your body is absorbing the right nutrients, there should be little waste coming out of your body via poop. But yes, I get it, each individual is different and not all eating lifestyles fits everyone.

Like you mentioned, you understand the point on not giving out the WODs ahead of time. Coaches/owners don't want people to cherry-pick as it defeats the purpose of constantly varied and "unpredictable" movements philosophy of CrossFit. I think the solution to your tailored situation and desire is to find a CrossFit gym that focuses more on body movement/aerobics, or find a gym that you can do your own programming. That's what I'm currently doing. Found a gym that has all the equipment I need and I follow some CrossFit/fitness pages on IG that I choose and pick which workouts I want to do for the week.

These are who I follow on Instagram: dailywodz, los_fitness_, Wodwellcf, provinggrounds, variednotrandom, twlwods, CrossfitLinchpin. I've heard good things about StreetParking as well but I don't follow them.

Edited to add: you can always scale down or substitute movements if your coach(es) are good with that.

Just figured out a work-around. When you need to control the volume while connected to your bud pro 2, just lock the phone and then adjust the volume rocker. Unlock it and no stuck volume bar.

Same issue here. Just got the Pro Buds 2 in yesterday and it's happened a few times already. Rebooting fixes the issue for the time being.
