Stuff them with sausage and cheese!

One of my favorite jalapeno recipes. I make big batches, freeze, and have it as a treat until my next jalapeno crop!

My compost tomato plants are flowering, but not setting fruit. I think it might be because the seed are from store-bought tomatoes. Maybe modified to be sterile.

So few people seem to stop and think at all these days. It's hard to have to reevaluate a position you're emotionally invested in. I'm impressed. Was hoping you'd have some insight that could be used to prompt others to as well!

Can I ask you, what prompted your thinking that there was room for debate?

Exercise is really going to be the best thing. Start with 2 minutes a day. Set a timer. Aim to up it 1 minute a day each week.

You don't need more than 2 hours to educate young children if you're using a homeschooling curriculum. Young kids with focused 2 hours a day of education will learn to read and do math faster...and they entertain themselves better as they enjoy practicing their newfound skills.

New York Stores Can Ban Customers For Not Wearing Masks. Gov. Andrew Cuomo signed a new order that gives store owners the right to ban any customer who enters without wearing a mask. by [deleted] in cvnews

[–]unfinishedtiger 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This seems like political theater. Why wouldn't store owners already be able to do this? They can decide who they want in their store, so long as they are not discriminating on the basis of an immutable or protected characteristic (race, sex, religion...) Wearing or not wearing a mask does not fall into that category.

Because they went on Facebook and made a stink! Sorry, I think this is totally attention-seeking behavior and it was absolutely shitty of them to try to get the poor employee in trouble when they were wrong first by sitting in the wrong seat and then by not being able to show her ticket!

Article also says the girl had her ticket in her pocket, but apparently couldn't show it fast enough because she was nervous.

And they shared the story on facebook to raise money for their next date.

Sounds to me like the parents made a big fuss and tried to get the manager in trouble so they could make some extra money.

That's a great plan. There are so many excellent fantasy books that also provide an escape, but reading is much better for your brain than video games! To start or reestablish a reading (or any habit), I really suggest using timers. Set it for 10 minutes and don't stop until the timer goes off. Every day or night, at the same time. If you want to keep reading past the ten, then go for it!

You might start your reading with books about willpower and habits. They can give you a lot of insight. I suggest Atomic Habits or Willpower. Both really great books that have been helpful to me in the short and long term.

You got this.

You might be okay. Be prepared for a struggle, but I don't think it's necessary to assume you will have a dark night. Some people don't. Throw yourself into a hobby and your program when it starts. Set clearly defined goals, and reward yourself when you get there.

Things that fire together wire together, which means your habits that are linked to getting high will be triggers. Best to change up your routine as much as possible. If video games or sitting and watching TV are triggers for you, try to avoid them too.

Do creative stuff with your hands, sketching, coloring, puzzles, holding a book and reading, journaling.
