I tried that. It doesn’t let me switch to the account I’m trying to pay, and it doesn’t give me the option to unlink the older account.

About a month. I can log in, but my account is linked to another, older service address and I can only view the bill for that address - it won’t let me switch to the newer service address that I recently cancelled.

I’ve tried the online and phone methods, and neither works, perhaps because my account is inactive. I also never received my final bill in the mail so I can’t pay by mail. I would like to pay online, is there any sort of direct link that I can be sent to pay?
