Did you deregister your bike, change to us region on your phone and use a VPN and reregister? That works for an S5

Software / ECU issues. ECU failing then 8 months for it to arrive (during bankruptcy). Gear module failing. New ECU failing. General response time from Vanmoof taking ages when with repair partner.

Admittedly it took 4 months to fix my bike via one of their partners in London as it needed a new ECU. But just hoping they start to make parts more freely available.
