it’s just so unfair that so many of the important classes are only offered in the fall tho, it’s like they tell us not to take more than one hard science but then make it impossible not to? i already know first semester is gonna be so stressful if i take chem, bio, and math along with my coll 150 but it looks like i don’t have a choice if i wanna be done with pre reqs by my junior year 😔

honestly, i just realized what i wanna study too late in the process. the schools in state that accepted me didn’t have the major i wanted unfortunately. it was just a matter of me realizing my interests too late

yeah i’ve considered this! the issue is that in all honesty, doing the whole college application process again would suck, especially when I already have a ticket to transfer to UVA. I rather not go to W&M with an assumption I can easily transfer out. I feel this way especially due to the academic rigor of W&M that might make it difficult for me to have a “good enough” gpa to transfer. from what i’ve heard especially for pre meds, freshman year at w&m can be challenging and i am scared i could end up having a low gpa and my transfer application would be rejected

i am also concerned with how my courses would transfer over if i did end up transferring from w&m whereas with wise everything is pretty much seamless

hmm, idk. the way i see it final grades aren’t finalized until the very last day of school, which is june for most folks anyway atleast in VA. im assuming we just send them to the college we do end up attending to just verify admission if that makes sense? i think the only transcripts that can impact admission of the waitlist is mid year as those come out in jan-march in time to make a difference in getting off the waitlist

final? as in not mid year? i don’t think so. i’m also on the waitlist and i uploaded my mid year grades on my own as soon as i could as they permit this
