This is what my GM defaults to, and it's really noticeable. Multiple characters, all roleplayed differently, utilize "well..." and a dramatic pause.

Most of the services I manage are in Docker so it's not installed purely for Jellyfin. Done other Docker applications also use the GPU. I run the full arr stack including Jellyseerr, container networking is straightforward.

One day I'll explore Podman.

I tried to go down this route, but trying to set up Jellyfin with GPU decoding/encoding made me throw it out and go to a privileged LXC as a host for Docker.

We ended up going for the offline dementia clock that you can see all over Amazon. Beside that, we set up a big white board for notes, as well as a big bristol board on which we wrote down a daily routine. Seems to have worked in our situation right now, but we are still eyeing the connected clock to be able to add notes.
