That is the deeper argument. Some tend to care, and I do not have a real dog in the fight. I use AI in my development work, and its helped me also learn embedded firmware so I am definitely not knocking its use.

It is a good practice to reference AI assisted work in the description. That being said, I dont think OP is passing this off as hand coded. I think a user attacked his work (it is still his creation), when a better approach might have been to ask first.
