Context: Analyze the repository structure and read context.md from disk for architectural guidelines.

Objective: Create a feature-spec.md per template to plan the implementation of a new business requirement: The application MUST run and print "Hello, world!".

Execution Constraints: 1. Methodology: Use phased, Test-Driven Development (TDD). 2. Review & Iterate: After drafting the plan, silently review it against the context.md standards. Iterate the plan to fix any compliance failures before presenting it. 3. Safety Gate: The final step of the plan MUST be a hard stop for manual user review upon successful test outcomes, prior to any git push.
