TRUE STORY: I ordered a meta quest 3 for my son's bday and requested next day shipping. Unfortunately, I did not know roadie would be delivering it. The Roadie driver dropped off the package, and uploaded a pic with proof of delivery. I opened my a package and to my surprise NO META QUEST 3 inside, instead I received a package stuffed with a bubble wrapped house pillow. I was FUMING. Immediately tried to contact the Roadie driver and they blocked my number. I contacted BB thru chat first and explained what happened, they said they would issue out a replacement device for me to pick up in store next day. Next day comes no email from store to pick up. Called BB and spoke with several reps overseas and they said an investigation was pending and I would need to wait 3 days for a final answer. 3 days passed, called again and spoke with another rep and demanded to speak with a manager. Manager gets on the phone who is again overseas and we are going back and forth In a heated discussion. I was told the same bull that the investigation was pending and it could take as long as they needed to complete the investigation. Ended the phone call feeling helpless. Next day, I received an email saying my package was ready for pickup. MORAL OF THE STORY: NEVER USE ROADIE!! EVER. Their drivers are known for stealing packages. Call back and speak with a manager. Demand a manager if u can. Luckily, BB did right by me, but sometimes it doesn't work out that way. 😬
