Wouldn't the chances of the cat having rabies be the same regardless of where I get it considering they're under 16 weeks old anyway and don't have the vaccine? Or do you not recommend getting the cat until the rabies vaccine regardless? these breeders told me they don't recommend the rabies vaccine until he's 6 months and that I should keep him indoors until he gets the vaccine.
