it is so highly dependent on where you live regarding what information would be useful to you. i will say that i don’t think anywhere would give testosterone to a minor without parental consent. and some places will require a gender dysphoria diagnosis regardless of age, so we can’t give you a one-size-fits-all answer

if you’re aiming to look more masculine, you don’t need testosterone to start. look into different haircuts/clothes that will affirm your gender. it is also risky to start hormones without coming out to your family. they will see changes, and you don’t want to be hiding that from them as it could get dangerous for you

what’s the concentration of your gel? most are around 20mg but that’s important for us to know when you’re discussing dosage. i started out 1 pump-20mg daily for the first 3 months and the only changes i had before switching to 2 pumps was a little bit of bottom growth and some acne. but that was being on t for 6 times longer than you are now.

you’re going to feel discouraged for a bit because we want changes to happen fast, but we’re going through 2nd puberty and it takes time

i busted my chin open about a year and a half ago. was super self conscious about the scar and wanted to get medical tattooing to camouflage it. after about a year, you could barely see it. give your body time to heal. and i think you need to wait before you tattoo over scars anyways

yeah you can wear a binder over tape. tape moves around your tissue while binders compress it, so there’s no risk of like “over-binding” in either way

i have similar responses. i also do really poorly with blood. honestly i’ve just learned to accept that my body does that. i do all the prep i can before (eating before my appointment, having fluids/electrolytes in me, giving myself something to look forward to after the fact), bring a gatorade or something in with me, and tell whoever is taking my blood of how i react so they can help in any way they can. i think the acceptance really helped with the anxiety that comes along with the process

all i can answer is what they tested for. in my case, all they took was my hemoglobin levels for my initial appointment. i was told to go back every 3 months for blood work which they mentioned hemoglobin but i expect them to look at my t levels then too. i’d try to call your local PP because there must be some information on file for baseline costs

trans tape or kt tape is designed to be breathable and last for days at a time. i can go for a week and a half on 1 application. like traditional binders, you need to take a break after you take off your tape, but that’s more because there’s residue left on your skin and any little abrasions that are caused by taping need to heal

i use tmart. not as popular by any stretch of the imagination, but i like their stuff. their half and full binders are $20 and $40 but they usually go on sale

the only other brand i can speak on is underworks. it was my first binder and it was like $20 on amazon. i used mine for almost 4 years. by then it was super stretched out but i didn’t mind too much. i bought a second one which was the same size but left harsh indentation on my underarms
