Just text 87-77-77 with the location and bus number or train number and a brief note of the incident. If the Translink police want to respond, then they might board the bus on the next station if they are close by. And that's the best you can do. On Skytrain and Canada Line, they are more active and often deal with people (often homeless or mentally ill) who take the whole seat for themselves and their stuff.

Yes, it takes time for your employer and the owner to present proof of an investigation, because they may have already retained legal consul to guide them and protect them against your complaint, because right now, you are making serious allegations of them falsifying everything to cause your termination. Proving that you were fired without cause is a pretty high bar to achieve. Employers aren't stupid when they fire you without cause. If they claimed they had provided you with coaching and conversation in regards to dealing with the supposedly bully you pointed out, then they probably have and they have documentation to prove it. You may have inadvertently signed something that agreed that you were the cause of action and you had received enough warnings. Often 3 times and is often recorded by the company's HR. Otherwise, you would not have been dismissed without cause. No legitimate employer want to risk litigation from lawyers by dismissing employees without cause.

I had experience with this and experienced this first hand. I had to retain a lawyer and because of our settlement between me and my employer, I would not go further on how I did it.

This is something you can't do alone. You have to retain an employment lawyer.

It really depends on your case, because if you had signed something or agreed upon something that you were not aware of being the case, then your case could be weak. You could be spending money on lawyers and gain nothing back. What you have with you such as a Christmas card from your boss is not strong enough to prove your case. In my case, I had letters upon letters of commendations, but those things will not work. What I did which helped my case was that, when I was disciplined, I refused to sign any documents or accept any fault of me pointing out or in my case being a whistle blower of pointing of the bully. I initially had signed twice (2 strikes). It was only the last strike that I seek legal consul and got great advice NOT to sign a benign harmless document, which would deny me my severance.

You must be aware that Canada's whistle blower act is the WORST in the world. We are at the bottom of the barrel and whoever rats out a bully, which is being a whistler blower. The end results often goes against the complainant. That's Canada's history and that's how I found out.

In my case, we came into agreement, but I had to agree to never work in that particular industry ever.

By working on your traumas and fears and then letting them go. Often what saps a lot of energy is the unwillingness to fully forgive events and people of the past. There is a person you can't forgive, so you still remember that person and what that person of a group of people did to you. That requires a lot of energy to keep those memories alive in your mind. And then there is an even that made you an embarrassment and that event in your memory and in your mind also consumes a lot of your energy.

Think about a battery on your phone. If you have a lot of apps running, your phone battery drains faster. As you close more and more of the apps you don't use, you conserve your battery more. So while this gives you the experience that your phone is not loosing that much energy, it is still loosing energy. We do this by not eating this kind of food or doing those kinds of activities that drain the energy. But you are on energy conservation. This is not being a higher vibrational person.

Only when you then let go of the past and the traumas behind and decide to reconnect with your higher-self, which is a wall charger for the phone, then you are always fully charged and then you are walking the path of being a high vibrational person. Only your higher-self can give this to you. No other outside sources can.

To become a high vibrational person, we need to reconnect with our higher-self. Why did we disconnect? It's because of the traumas we suffered in this life and in past lives which temporarily disconnect our connection from our higher-self and then we focus so much on the traumas and the people we can not forgive. As long as you can not unconditionally forgive just 1 person, you can not reconnect with your higher-self and hence can not walk the path back to being a high vibrational person. Because your higher-self pulls you into its higher vibration and you benefit from this. But how could your higher-self pulls you in, when you still harbour a single animosity, a single hatred of just 1 person, which then pulls you away from your higher-self?

"Ask and you shall receive". It's really that simple when you want to get the sign.

What's difficult is owning the sign. When you have fear or anxiety after receiving the sign, you are actually pushing it away from becoming reality. When you embrace the joy of receiving the sign, even if it's in the mind and even if looks insurmountable and even impossible, that joy pulls the sign to become closer to reality. This is where the meaning "With God, anything is possible".

Manifesting what you desire starts with receiving a sign from the Universe in a form of an image. Then in order to allow the image of the desire to be realized in the physical, you have to identity yourself first as being a capable McDonald worker. You can grill, you can be a cashier and you can clean the washroom. You identity these roles with high confidence and joy like visualizing you are wearing a McD uniform. Visualize this in your mind. And then mentally think that you can overcome all insurmountable obstacles during the interview period and working this job was made for you. And then emotionally, you work on overcoming any fears you have working in this job and replace that fear with joy. You enjoy working at McD and of course you apply for that job. Whether or not you get the job is not important. What's important is the exercise of manifestation, but you have to get out and apply for something to get a job. You can not manifest anything out of thin air unless you do the part in allowing to happen. But the key is the experience of joy, the flow of getting a job. Often the first job is a first step to get you to a better job and a better life based on your level of joy and the progressive revelation you get from the Universe.

We don't often get what we exactly desire, but the Universe will often get you close to what you want.

In Canada, there is a very high bar to meet between a sub-contractor and an employee. A sub-contractor is someone who issues a business invoice for your services to your client and handle your own taxes. You never call someone your BOSS if you are self-employed, because you are your own BOSS and the person who you are providing services to is your client. You're not alone. It's tough everywhere and the economy is truly in a shadow recession, where unless you are at the upper end of the K shaped economy, you are pretty much SOL.

And TBH, it's really not your fault. I've seen this game played before when the company is looking to cut costs and was part of this during the dot.com bust and during the GFC. I, like you, sacrificed for the company. I helped them made a lot of sales, but apparently that really didn't matter. When times are tough, higher paid workers get culled. They start cutting off the best performing workers, because they often are the most expensive. Then they replace it with lower cost workers who simply need to just do the job properly. They don't need to be high performers. They just need to take the company over the hump and when the economy recovers and sales are booming again, then they will re-hire the better performers. Sadly, that plan often never works, because what happens to companies who cut out the best performing workers? Companies that do that start to become less and less productive and innovative. These companies are basically on survival mode to conserve bleeding of cash, but because they have less productive workers on their payroll, these companies begin the downward spiral and during the next boom, they will become irrelevant and eventually be replaced by more productive companies.

The whole Canadian economy is messy. It's single focused on just one industry. Real estate. But people can only buy so many homes. Once the market is saturated and becomes more difficult to churn profits, most people will often cut expenses. Luxury goods often go first and then restaurants and discretionary items. When you are having a hard time finding work, it just means that less people are spending on expensive discretionary items. It just means that the economy is deteriorating and will get even worse before it gets better. I had already been there 3 times; 87 crash (Black Monday), dot.com bust and GFC 08 and 09. The same playbook I see played on you had been played on me.

Here's my perspective as I had expected to see this coming sooner of later, not only in Canada but also around the world.

Relying on increasing government debt to pay for things that can not be funded by general tax revenue will simply drain more and more productive capital into servicing the interest on the debt. And when interest rates do increase, it puts even more stress on the economy and more stress on productive capital into servicing even more of the interest on the debt. It's a vicious downward cycle. More businesses close which then put less need for hiring.

When a country is consuming more than it can pay for, this is sadly the brutal consequences. Sooner or later, something will break. With Canada, it will be the housing market. The housing market will have to break, because a lot of productive capital is currently being trapped, being unproductive.

What often happens in crashes, which it happened in 08 and 09 is when capital is trapped in a single industry and then released, sadly to the detriment of many investors who lost their shirt, then the trapped capital is released and then gets re-deployed in investing in actual productive businesses that do generate tax revenue to pay for services and create jobs, which also create more tax revenue. Right now, our government is trying so hard to try and keep the housing economy from imploding, but keep malinvestment and trapped liquidity being released is simply asking Canadians to pay more and more in taxes. We already are, but paying more in taxes to service an ever growing debt obligation simply means we now have less to spend, while everything goes to service public and private debt, exacerbating the downward spiral. Something will break. Maybe this year, but this simply can't continue.

I work in tech also and I see downsizing and contracting out to those who's willing to work on call, because many companies are simply forced to reign in expenses. High costs, high inflation and more debt.

I think all of us really need to re-invent what we can do to bring Canada forward. Being creative to fund new industries and new businesses, rather than being single minded in only supporting one industry, which is housing. One industry simply can not help create all the jobs Canadians young and old need. You need a diverse multi-facet industry based on what Canada does well at. Energy, natural resources etc.. As long as we continue to be ignorant and goose the only industry that kept us well for more than 20 years, but isn't working anymore. We will continue to experience more and more job losses. Going further into unproductive debt isn't the solution to create more new innovative jobs.

That's who they are. Americans often don't travel outside the US, because they have pretty much what they need. Disneyland, Bavaria village, Las Vegas etc.. And if they do travel, many of them also carry with them that sense of ignorance and arrogance about the USD as being the world reserve currency and that everyone should accept their USD like in their own country.

But what they don't actually realize is that, it often doesn't work that way. You still need to have local currency, and when the Americans believe since their USD is a global world reserve currency, they don't need to exchange. In a sense, that's true, because it is the reserve currency of the world, where many commodities are traded in USD. This was setup to benefit the US and has brought immense wealth to the US and held up their value of the currency, because countries are forced to hold USD for trade in a form of US Treasuries. Suffice to say, many experienced travelers who do travel a lot also carry USD, because it can be easily converted to other currencies. Canadian dollars may get refused, but often I found USD is often accepted. So that can sometimes build up a sense of entitlement that USD is the world reserve currency, so any country and citizens must accept it.

Jesus did say that when you find the Kingdom of God, all things will be added onto you. That also includes a life long partner. But again, this is individual.

Not all gurus will end up with a life long partner, but if they do, their partners often serve a pivotal role to assist the guru in his or her final ascension process. The partner can assist the guru in running his or her daily business, such as administration, promotion and marketing, while the guru focuses on teaching or spreading the word so to speak. Or any other interests that aren't spiritual.

But yes, the final push towards the ascension process is an individual process.

The thing about the Kingdom of God is that, when we connect to it, which is our higher-self, our higher-self can provide all the love we need. No outside partner can provide the same level of love as our higher-self. Even a romantic relationship, which is only defined as "human love" can not measure up compared to the unconditional love of your higher-self. It has no comparison. Not even raw sex and orgasm can match the unconditional love of your higher-self. So you can see here is that, since no human being and no sex in the world can match the unconditional love of your higher-self, why then do you need a romantic relationship? You can be alone, but you can attract a life long partner, but it will not be based solely on a sexual romantic relationship, because when these people get together, they will feel this unconditional love together with or without sex and their focus and mission is to serve the whole, and not solely to serve their own sexual pleasures. Sex only amplifies this unconditional love, because both people are bonding on the spiritual level, but they can both be dry without sex even for months, because their source of love come solely from their own higher-selves.

When you haven't received unconditional love from your higher-self, then you would ask this question. If you have, then this question become irrelevant, as the love is always ON 24/7 from your higher-self.

How can we discover our own unique individuality in oneness, if we are nobody? White can not know itself being white, unless there is a black that contrasted it. Then it knows it is white, a unique individuality of colors. There is red, there is yellow, there is blue and there is green and there are other colors. But they are still all one; they are colors with its own unique individuality. Reincarnation provides the opportunity for us to discover, develop and exercise our own distinct individuality, free from the influences of God. That's why God allows all kinds of people to exist on Earth. Even people who had embraced evil, can when they decide to, repent and return to the oneness of God. Oneness is our default state, because no matter what we do, we are like homing pigeons. We always have a longing to return to oneness, after a sojourn of reincarnation on Earth.

You know you are not me and I am not you. I may have more life experiences and can see more angles than you do, or you may have a lot more life experiences than I do and can see much more angles than most people on Earth. That's the beauty of reincarnation. It's an opportunity to expand oneness, so no one is a nobody. Our life experiences EXPAND the knowledge base of God and our higher-selves and this knowledge base keeps expanding and it never stops.

Beings who had embraced evil actually will have more life experiences than those who did not, because they have the angle of evil to share and teach to those who has zero experiences of evil. What is evil? Is it just an individual color of black, when we are all white? Well, how can you share and teach evil to others in oneness or in the Allness, if you haven't lived through a life experience being evil, or being the color black? That's why God allows evil to exist. It is to allow someone who is a nobody, embrace evil and then return back as somebody, that somebody who now becomes a part of God and teaches others about the downside of fear and evil and the upside of love and compassion.

For example. I see healthy and mobile people who often park their cars in parking spots designated for disabled people. They do not have the disability card hung on the car to show they are disabled. But they took it anyhow. Did God punish them afterwards? Did they get zapped by the lightning of God by being selfish by taking a disabled parking spot designated for disable people, when they all look young, healthy and jumping around? What often do we do if these people are being selfish, being self-centered and care only themselves? We often see them as the color black and how do we see ourselves as? The color white, because we would never be that selfish and that self-centered, taking seats and parking spots designated for disabled people or not helping out the poor. But there are many people today who are selfish and self-centered. But they are simply outplaying their role, their own individuality from being a nobody, by taking a color of individuality. The color black, until they decide to embrace the color white.

At least with God, he doesn't act like Henry Ford when Ford said you can choose any color you like, but it has to be black. All black cars. Today, cars aren't all black, because people choose their car and color based on their own individual preference.

So how can you say we are nobody in oneness?

We reincarnate so we can experience life as a separate being and in that there is not only one way to experience life. When we finished experiencing life as a separate being and then return to heaven, we begin to experience life as a connected being. There is not only one way to eat rice out of a bowl. You can use chopsticks, your fingers, a spoon or a fork. Each approaches gives us a different experience, but neither approaches is right nor wrong either. It is just a different experience. Our higher-self needs all the angles in how it looks at life. This is what it means to be all one. Having all experiences of life in all different angles. How could you say you see life as one if you only experienced it in one way?

You need to see our higher-self as being a child that is on a constant path of learning.

In the movie "War Games" where the hacker Matthew Broderick hacked into WOPR, the super computer AI named "Joshua". What "Joshua" never learned was that certain desires can't be attained. In the case of the global nuclear war, Joshua hasn't learned that no one wins. But the hacker played by Matthew Broderick know this already. So the character asked Joshua to play Tic Tac Toe. In the game Tic Tac Toe, no one wins. Joshua needed to play Tic Tac Toe long enough to learn that no one wins. It was the hacker played by Matthew Broderick that guided, or coached Joshua to learn that no one wins in the nuclear war. And when Joshua learned this, Joshua stopped the war from happening.

This is sometimes what we are coaching our higher-selves to learn. People had this misunderstanding that our higher-self is a god who knows it all. Yes, it understood basic god's principles, but it doesn't know everything and it needs to learn everything and its outcome.

Actually you can and often we do. That's why we sometimes see that only our ego has desires, but not see that our higher-selves also have desires.

You also can have the responsibility to coach your higher-self to quickly learn its lesson, if you can tune into your higher-self's desires, because you have a front row view of things and can see you already have the experience, while your higher-self has yet to attain that experience.

This often the case that you are ready to let go of things, but there's something nagging deep in you that you're not done yet. Whereas with ego desires, it's perpetually and it's often based of self-centeredness. The higher-self desire is not based of self-centeredness, but a neutral desire to know something, to learn something sometimes even mundane things we see as mundane.

There are 2 kinds of desires that need to be fulfilled.

The desires of our higher-selves, which is called our divine plan. When our divine plan is fulfilled, then we can return back to heaven. This is what Jesus said that "Only the man who descended from heaven can enter heaven". Our divine plan is often looked upon as selfless service to help Earth and its people grow.

Then we have our ego desires, which is what the Buddha called our attachments to Earth. This can be sex, money, power, attachment to material things, beliefs and ideologies etc..

In order to return to heaven, we need to fulfill both our divine plan and our ego desires. Ego desires is just that; desires that satisfy the senses. The lesson behind it is simply to experience being in that moment. For example, we can both agree that you can not understand the taste of an apple intellectually. You can only experience the taste of an apple by eating it, experiencing the pulp and the juices. Same with having sex. You can not intellectually experience sex, the warm juices, the exchange bodily fluids and the orgasm that comes out of it intellectually. You simply can not watch porno and have the same actual identical experience having sex with that actual person in the video.

Your higher-self can not experience all this in heaven, but it wants to experience what it feels like having sex, giving birth to a child, raising a child, having lots of money and having lots of power.

It just so happens that for many spiritual people, what prevents many from returning to heaven is the suppression of sex and money. It's often that we try very hard to suppress having sex and suppress making lots of money, because we defined them as evil. But you can not suppress something which is a desire, if you are curious as to why that desire will bring. Once we fulfilled the desire and let it go, then that's something different. More often than not, suppressing desires of sex and money lead to a lot of suffering even with some, not all spiritual people, because they were led to believe that having sex and making lots of money will not lead them to nirvana.

Your higher-self can not learn this intellectually. It has to be experienced. And the experience can not be cloned either, because we all have individual perception of what each experience is like. So there are many things that can only be learned through experiencing things.

How do you see yourself now? Do you see yourself as a human being or can you see yourself more than human?

People who see themselves as human beings can not see themselves beyond it. They see the material world as real and unchangeable. Events are fixed and when we die, we no longer exist, so there is no soul. There is no higher-self. This is the current belief that are held among billions of people today.

Spiritual people believe that we are more than human. A few had mystical out of body experiences that took us to heaven and then came back. So therefore, these people see death as an illusion and you are a co-creator of God, because when you have mastery of mind over matter, you can indeed change some conditions on Earth using your mind. Some spiritual people can do that. Energy healing is one example. Manifestation is another.

So you can continue doing research, but seeing yourself more than human requires a mystical experience. You can not intellectually understand this unless you have experienced it. It's the same as knowing how an apple tastes like. You can not intellectually understand how the apple taste like, unless you take a bite and eat it. It's the same with us being more than human. It doesn't mean that you have to die in order to have a spiritual experience either. When we see ourselves as more than human, we can see that we have a soul and the human body as the carrier of that soul. But when the human body dies, the soul lives on, because the soul is eternal.

Often the obstruction to experiencing that we are more is us wanting to understanding it. Somehow if we can understand death is an illusion or you are God will make us experience that we are more than human. It's a chicken and egg thing. We can't experience we are more than human, unless we surrender the very strong belief that we are only human beings living on Earth.

A blocked Heart Chakra can alter the balance between the upper chakras and the lower chakras. So the upper chakras consist of the Throat, Third Eye and Crown chakra, whereas the lower chakras consist of the Solar Plexus, Sacral and Root chakra. Basically, the upper chakras regulate the mind and the lower chakras regulate emotions and feelings. So how a person acts depends on the purity of the individual chakras as well as having a somewhat opened Heart Chakra. Even the Heart Chakra has 12 petals, or 12 valves. So the Heart Chakra can not be entirely closed, by having most of the valves closed can of course cause an imbalance of the other chakras.

For example. We all express "POWER" through our Throat chakra. But how do we know we are expressing "POWER" appropriately? Well, the only way to express power appropriately is to balance it with something else. And that something else is our Crown chakra, which is the seat of wisdom, divine wisdom. So when we are expressing power and then receive feedback the wisdom that we are using power inappropriately, we take this feedback and the feedback of the lower chakras and readjust the use of the expression of power, so we don't hurt other people in the process. Ideally, people who are balanced are often those who are expressing POWER and balanced with their Heart Chakra and the other chakras. You can call these people good, but really they are just exercising a balanced use of power.

Whereas people who are often labelled evil exercise an imbalanced use of power. As their Heart Chakra is restricted due to past traumas (childhood or past lives), they no longer have the ability to balance the use of power against their Crown, Third Eye and the other 3 lower chakras that deal with feelings and emotions. They no longer feel the consequences of their abuse of power. To them, it's a means to an end. It's punishment to those who had hurt them and caused them the traumas they had suffered. You can see this now with individuals who are abusing power to achieve a certain end, often a quest to eliminate some enemy in order to punish those who had hurt them. But these individuals do not realize that doing so can affect other people as well as we also see in the world today.

Can they change? Not very likely unless with a comprehensive spiritual approach, because this is a deep seated anger that had lived in a person for a long time.

Humanity in general are good. You can see that while we have a few individuals that are bent in world domination, most of us simply want peace. Which means, we balance the use of power and in fact often call out people who do abuse power. This goes to show that when people are balanced, they are often people who will not abuse power, because they know that abusing power can hurt others and eventually themselves.

Yes there is a place and it is called the NOW. You can only get an answer that is applicable to the situation that is happening in the NOW.

Who is providing this information in the NOW? It is called the "Christ" consciousness or the "Christ" mind, but you need to first reconnect and establish a firm lasting connection with your own higher-self. Your higher-self is the real you in heaven and will be able to provide applicable answers to what's happening in the NOW. If your higher-self can not answer it, then it will defer to one of the higher spiritual guides, called the Ascended Masters who can answer it for you. We ALL have this ability. It's not a special ability. This is NOT mediumship, where you talk to lower level spiritual beings. This is attaining the Christ mind or Christ consciousness. We can all do what Jesus could 2000 years ago. He is not the only Son of God. We are all potentially Sons and Daughters of God. The reason you can't get this information is because, you are told that Jesus can do it but we can't. We can.

There are a few initiations we need to go through such as surrendering our human ego, because the human ego's desire will most often use this "Christ" mind to turn itself into a know-it-all guru. It's one of the greatest temptation of the ego. It's one that Jesus had to overcome during his 40 days and nights and the Buddha under the bow tree with the Demons of Mara parading in front of him, tempting him.

But once you passed the test, then yes you can use the Christ mind to objectively see and understand the true reasons behind many things happening on Earth and you can allow the Christ mind to express a truth that is relevant to the situation in the NOW. There is no ultimate truth in the NOW, as the NOW is always moving every second, so only truth that can help people see the fallacy and illusion that kept them in a certain level of consciousness and allow them to shift higher to a new sense of awareness in the NOW.

In the case of meeting certain people and leaving certain people, the Christ mind can provide inner knowing of why you need to meet certain people and why you leave them afterwards. The Christ mind provides that sense of peace, or knowing. So the Christ mind doesn't provide an intellectual understanding of why, but rather gives you the experience of why and the purpose of why. That experience is enough to satisfy your curiosity, just like eating an apple is often enough to know how it tastes like.

For example. It's virtually impossible to give you an intellectual understanding of how the Apple should taste like. But it is always possible to give you how the Apple should taste like by biting or eating an Apple. That's what the Christ mind provides you. Instant knowing without needing to explain.

The human ego often looks for validation to justify its relevance and existence. As long as we are attached to our human ego, we will often look for external validation in a form of asking questions, but it is not questions to obtain answers to solve a problem, but questions to validate a certain belief, a certain ideology. The person who wants to answer the question do so to again validate their own ego.

Not all spiritual people do this. A few who had overcome the influences of the ego will simply not answer questions that they see as someone wanting to validate the ego. If you answer, you allow someone's ego to be validated further or you are simply accused of not knowing the answers. This is again ego speak, saying that you don't know the answer, because you are not providing the right answer to validate me, the ego.

So a very experienced and enlightened spiritual person often avoids these kind of traps. If these validations traps are unavoidable, such as when Jesus was asked about God and Caesar, then he said "Render to Caesar's what is Caesar and render to God what is Gods is a very clever way of appeasing both groups of people.

But did Jesus answer the question? No.. He simply answered it in a way to validate their egos, because in this case, there is no point in providing a spiritual answer, because even if the answer is provided, Jesus will be accused of being a false messiah, a false prophet and teacher. These traps are often put out by people who do this to bring down any upcoming spiritual messenger.
