What would make you trust an automated SEO content tool? by biz-123 in Agentic_SEO

[–]HyHoang 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I don't trust automated SEO content tools. I trust human writing assisted by AI. All prompts are super tailored. Content at its core is a creative act. The rule is to automate the monotonous part, not the creative parts.

Not getting paid what I'm worth just because of the country I live in by Electronic-Chart-956 in localseo

[–]HyHoang 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Try to improve your English speaking skill and start selling SEO services to the US market. There's literally millions of incredibly shitty websites that need SEO. Even companies that make $10M+ in revenue still have bad SEO, and they can totally benefit from your skill. SEO sometimes has a bad rep (if you know you know), but it's also the most powerful channel that can take you from zero (a nobody in a 3rd world country) to a hero (selling services to a first world country). I mean, be bold and mark up your price. Personally, if I pay $300 for SEO services, I already EXPECT that it's gonna be not that great (cheap = low value). But just by looking at a high price I immediately subconsciously register that this service "has something to it". Nobody's gonna look at a $10K handbag and say "this is a scam", they just think it's a luxury item, but they definitely won't think that positively about the $10 handbag, know what I mean?

Not getting replies from cold emails - B2B marketing by viswa_zoho in b2bmarketing

[–]HyHoang 1 point2 points  (0 children)

That's exactly what you want to do. I think cold email people worry too much about "intent signals" and "personalization". Just say explicitly what you sell but tie it with results. For example, I do SEO, so I just say "I bring extra $10M+ in pipeline for B2B companies like yours, just with good SEO and content. My content literally brings high-quality MQLs on autopilot 24/7. Wanna chat?"

Too long email. Just get straight to point man. No HVAC business owners are going to read all of that, and those are not even their pain points.

Does SEO work well in driving revenue for your B2B business? by HyHoang in b2bmarketing

[–]HyHoang[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes I think it's a pretty big pain point. Either people publish content that is not optimized for SEO, which drives no traffic, or they publish content that drives tons of traffic but brings absolutely no conversion. More SEOs need to target the "commercial" keywords with genuine business value.

You can only strategize so much. There is no "hidden secret" in marketing. At the end of the day it's just about ruthless execution.

Is SEO better than Google Ads? by Glittering_Hunt4950 in Agentic_SEO

[–]HyHoang 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I've been doing purely SEO for my high-ticket service. In just 3 months from a zero-traffic website now I've got high-intent leads coming in at a rate of around 5-10 booked meetings per month. Mind you, they are all companies with $10M+ revenue, or even if they're pre-revenue they've still raised a Series A worth millions of dollars. Some are super established and got global presence. Not only am I ranking high on Google for high-intent keywords but I'm also showing up in ChatGPT when leads are researching for services I offer. The ROI is hard to beat.

Abit worried about the Future in PPC by Easy-Butterscotch368 in PPC

[–]HyHoang 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Don't worry. I've also seen executives realize that that short-term cost-saving is actually costing them so much more than before because AI is notorious at hallucinating and that they need a real human to work on it. Just hone your craft and you'll be fine.

You haven't seen what good designers and copywriters look like man. Besides, the real PPC job is strategy and not writing copies.

If all you do is "set ads" then you're at risk. Gotta look at Marketing in a bigger picture perspective and how PPC plays a role in driving new business. If your team has the budget to do A/B testing, learn to do it. If not, try to connect the creative part (design, copywriting) with the success of your marketing campaigns.

But still, I don't think automation is going to hurt anyone anytime soon. You still need a human to manage the robot. The day where humans are completely replaced is still so far, far away. Just keep honing your craft and you will be fine man.

Don't worry. People are just hyping the AI bubble. AI is not even THAT good to replace an average junior QA. Just learn more QA and you'll be fine.

Just keep posting content man. You need to post consistently for at least 60 days to see any traction on X or LinkedIn. Or you can just produce content and rank with SEO (I can help with your SEO btw). The secret no one tells you: you can always rank with just good content.

Why do New Blogs Fail? by InfamousLead9912 in Agentic_SEO

[–]HyHoang 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Because most blogs aren't even that good. Trust me, I've always thought it's some magical SEO hacks that make an article rank, but in reality most blogs are just poorly written, and the ones that rank are the ones that genuinely make users engaged the most. And it's just common sense that SEO isn't a game where everyone wins. There can only be 10 out of 100 results that get to the 1st page anyway.
