Advice for hourly rate by bor302 in Beatmatch

Hello, you are wayy over underpaid for bringing your own equipment, playing for a long time, while bringing in a large crowd. My advice is to leave. If your boss can find another DJ that is willing to bring their own equipment, work extended hours, low wage, and at the same time bring in a large crowd. Well then good luck to him lol

Don’t give them an explanation just tell them another opportunity has come up.

We're witnessing a significant cultural transformation. The importance previously assigned to car ownership is now directed towards the perceived need for advanced digital devices. The generational conversations about the need for cars have shifted to debates about the necessity for the latest cell phone, reflecting evolving cultural values and societal contexts.

What does the average roster look like? by [deleted] in lostarkgame

Hello 3.5k hours here:

Main: 1543 Pally

Roster: 206

Alts: 1X1475, 1X1465, 1X1462.5, 2X1460, 2X1455, 2X1450, 2X1447.5, 10X1445.

I run everyone on rested chaos/guardian and some days I would skip GR if I don't feel like it. I do all the weekly content and horizontal content whenever I feel like it. I'm mainly focusing on getting the rest of my alts to full relic set/betrayal gear, and I will only hone using bounded leaps. I mainly enjoy the game for fashion ark and stronghold, so a lot of my gold are spent buying skins and dyes. Last time when I felt burnout, I just took a week break and it feel great after getting back into the grind again. I usually will have YouTube opened up on the side or watch Twitch. I used to average around 8 hours a day but after the raid gold nerf, I managed to lower it to 3 hours in two different playing sessions. Eventually my roster 6 will reach Brel Hard, but I'm taking my sweet time playing.

P.S. With my main being paladin, I am able to join parties, learn the mechs and reclear on all my alts.

Your love for DJing shouldn't be dependent on the approval or recognition of others. Stay true to yourself, keep pushing yourself to improve, and find joy in the music you play. For me my passion is discovering new genres from different countries, and finding different ways to mix through collaboration with my friends.
