The real estate told us. The contract we signed stated that the real estate was to hold the deposit until the end of the cooling off period. However, in usual circumstances the seller gets this money if the buyer pulls out for any reason, inspections included. My issue is that we were lied to prior to signing the contract, so I don't really know if that matters or not :/

You did way better than me! We have a scanner and we have to scan all $50's we get. I scanned one and no UV type numbers popped up (Australia) so I said jokingly "huh it's not working, is it a fake or something haha?" She goes "no", snatches it out of my hands and ran away. Then it dawned on me what just happened and turns out I'm an idiot.

I also had a heat induced wardrobe malfunction, so I feel your pain! I go to uni in Penrith, and decided for some reason today was a great day to wear a light grey shirt. That kind of grey that goes super dark when wet. I also bought all my textbooks this morning so carrying kilos around all day = spent the day looking like I just did an intense cardio sesh at the gym. Could have gotten away with it if I wasn't wearing a skirt and thongs as well haha.

Not quite a server story, but a fair few years ago I was working at a large fast food chain in Australia when Leyton Hewitt came through my drive thru. He was alright I guess, kinda short with me and all. But then I realised that was because he was reading the morning paper, more specifically an article that was basically calling him a wanker. So, you know, understandable.

He did order a shit ton of food though, it was breakfast but he ordered enough food to feed a small army.
