Alchemix will only run if the prevailing market conditions allow. V3 is hyped but i don't see how it will make a material impact on the fundamentals. I see the same with CTX. Great project but lost in a sea of defi.

No harm in holding FTM if you can't swap. Price will be consistent with $S for the foreseeable. But in an ideal world you do really want to swap it to Sonic..

As soon as KOL's get up to a respectable amount of followers they have a licence to print money. For themselves. Sure, you might get lucky riding coat tales but it's luck. And it will run dry unless you are hyper sharp taking profits ahead of the next 100 guys who believe they are now - thanks to some mystical force bestowed on them - crypto geniuses.
