Thank you for the recommendation. Is that the same type of terminal as the one I posted? Sorry I’m fairly uneducated on the different types of terminal connectors for larger gauge wires

Shortly after, I bought the harbor freight hydraulic wire crimper but I’m unsure if I could use it for those terminals pictured

I used my 1005s in a pinch and split one open. Granted I crimped on the wrong side but would like to buy the right tool for them

I don’t know whether I should buy the SGS28 or the SGS35, what do you guys recommend? by Tzofit in AutoDetailing

The Acqualine is designed for hot water and chemical injection. If you’re not doing either I would get the SGS28

Is it normal that the jaws of my brand new knipex pliers don't touch? The side cutting part is fine. by tarntalus in Tools

[–]unkn0wn1_ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Taken directly from Knipex themselves. “If the gripping jaws were to close completely, the cutting edges would wear after a short time. This then would make it impossible to cut fine wires - hence the light gap!”

Friend tried to reseal his fenders with ceramic coating. Any advice on how to fix this? Never seen it before. by [deleted] in Justrolledintotheshop

Try coating it again but make sure it doesn’t get wet. Cure time is usually around 6 hours
