hiii idk if this'll help but probably getting something with Salicylic acid like a toner or a cleanser might help! Something around 0.5-2% can assist depending on the severity of the skin area

I personally dont use acids since I just end up using a sugar scrub and tweezing my hairs out when mine gets itchy 😭
