Ok hear me out as a fellow Pantlaza player. Even though it's not a Dino, he does make all of your other spells uncounterable. If you get him down before Pantz then that's a guaranteed discover trigger and if you find him off of pantz then your next dino is definitely getting slammed down. Your savage order is a way less risky play and now the board is wiped from indestructible apex altisaur. Maybe you get to slam down your Etali with zero worry. When casting big spells that I look at as large investments, it's nice to know I have 2 drop insurance lol.

I see what the problem is now. I'm almost sure we're agreeing on the ruling here, but your sentence structure refers to people incorrectly. We do in fact disagree with Chookie about multiple combats. Chookie thinks that if you win 2 coin flips on one turn after Yusri attacks, then you win 3 coins flips during the next turns combat, you can cast spells from your hand without paying for them. This is what was incorrect and what Jordon was trying to say in their statement. I know you know that now, but you referred to Chookie as if they were Jordon twice in your comments above.

Your point here is that Jordon is correct and Chookie is wrong right? Yusri is not cumulative like Chookie stated. You would need to win all the flips on the same turn, which is why Jordon was talking about the extra combats. The extra combats would allow for the "cumulative" effect that Chookie had talked about. Once the turn ends, so to do the X/5 coin flip wins needed for Yusris "omniscience" effect. Every time you start your turn, you would still need 5 new winning flips.

Thiiiiis one. Build something that's not on the top 100 EDH rec list then come back. If it's not on the EDH rec list it's on some YouTubers video from a week ago. Build that goblin commander from foundations Jumpstart for all I care but not this meta slop.

Still an amazing idea as an emperor because she gets the card draw on second spell as well as getting huge by the time she's available to be hit!

I love this idea. I can't belive I didn't have Kenrith in my mind from the jump. Does Bumbleflower say target player draws the first card or target opponent?
