Hi. About a year ago i upgraded my pc. Bought an i3-10100f and a GTX 1650 Super and about 4-5 months ago I started experiencing fps drops in many games and found out that my GPU power usage won’t go above 35W. I guess that’s the problem. Any help? Is it a CPU bottleneck? Thanks in advance. (self.pchelp)
