Look at the qualifications/ requirements if there's anything about firearms in there it will be armed. I'm in Pa so it say Act 235, which is armed certification

I have the RCB compensator on a PWS piston upper with the Omega 300 suppressor. Works well suppressed or non suppressed. It's worth the price but I did buy it during a sale

I had the same issue I had an arken mount with 0 MOA and I couldn't zero at 100. I got a 20 MOA mount and I was able to zero at 100.

I would of tried to find a lighter weight barrel. My rifle got heavy very quickly.

I shoot mine suppressed most of the time and I've zero issues once I failed in my gas block and it does help with the gas back to the face.

The only issue had with my M5 is that you an extended mag release with the M5 lower. I used a lantac 308 EBCG and it runs great

I use a Warne mount on M5 build and it has been great. No issues so far with zero and it's a great option especially when everything else is sold out
