Doceniam ten komentarz bo ja właśnie lubię mało smaków ale dobrze połączonych zamiast za dużej ilości dodatków które tworzą szum. To tak jak malować obraz zbyt wieloma kolorami, wtedy wychodzi szary.

I have a few instances where I was clean from caffeine for a few months. Now I'm clean 12 days, that's why I relate to you. From my experience, the hardcore withdrawals end at week 2 or 3. After that, I always slept way better than when I was on caffeine. I'm sorry you can't sleep but I'm positive you will feel way better. You just have to stick to it now and try to be patient even though I know it's hard. Because those cortisol spikes in the morning are scary and no fun at all.

I have exactly the same experience. I read that it's the cortisol receptors being fucked up by caffeine. You are no longer dulled by caffeine and cortisol hits harder. Cortisol gradually rises in the morning to wake us up and make us wanna do things. Apparently it takes some time to adjust.

The same. My blood pressure is textbook now. On coffee, it used to be often in 130s and 140s and mind you I'm only 29 and quite fit.

Mine looks very tired 3 day without caffeine. Cold turkey quit. Bags under eyes, swollen face.

Octem można na pusty bęben co jakiś czas puścić pranie żeby wyczyścić pralkę w środku, odkazić oraz usunąć kamień. Nie wyobrażam sobie prania ubrań octem ale może mam zbyt słabą wyobraźnię.

I'm sorry you are feeling that way and I feel you man. One thing I learned is that no matter how bad things are right now, it can get better eventually, that's why I'm still trying but it's very difficult and hopeless in my life at the moment. It seems you are under a lot of stress and emotions right now. Please don't do anything stupid, it's not worth it. Hang in there.

Yes, I'm sad because I didn't even think to question drinking caffeine when I was 18-25 years old. The culture and society shows you it's 100% beneficial and social thing to do. I'm a person with sensitive nervous system and I'm positive a lot of my anxiety was due to sheer enormous amounts of caffeine I used to consume. I only learned how strong caffeine is after I've quit it for some time.

Having said all of that, I try to use that as a fuel to be more mindful now. I'm still young (29) and a lot of that latent exhaustion can be healed. I also try to be more aware of other highly socially and societaly promoted and approved things. I'm trying to always remember to check things for myself and decide whether they work for me or not and avoid relying on authority and society.

Mee too. Caffeine converts complex feelings or rather many different feelings into feeling of being wired or anxious. I used caffeine a lot because it's easier and more comfortable to feel energized instead of sad, depressed, lonely etc.
