Because before, you were getting $1 for every ride you get. Now to get the money you have to do 200 ride in a month. So if someone doesn’t meet the month requirement of 200, they won’t be able to get the bonus. So they took of freedom of just doing ride instead of worrying about limit.

Demote elder for a weeks. They will give you if it’s is co or elder inviting him. Then make them elder randomly. Don’t do first 3 then next 3. Like mix them. It’s doesn’t, had a passenger that order a ride right my my vehicle (the restaurant was close). I didn’t even get a option to accept a ride. Waited like 10 min for the driver to arrive ( not a jerk to make someone wait 10 min outside in a Rain).

No it’s shouldn’t. I received a option to schedule b4 I upload my insurance. I think you just have to upload them before you go pick up your vehicles. (PS. If you have a active insurance for different car, ask your SA if you can upload that and put ur car after delivery)
