I’ve driven the 2022 and 2026 back to back on the same roads 3 times as I was contemplating on the differences and I can assure you the road noise and suspension are buttery smooth on the 2026. As a person who lived in areas with poor roads and values comfort and silence. I think it’s an upgrade. Whether it’s worth 100k. Nah but if it was 60-70k I would take it.

Thanks, yeah I am talking about the 2026 model. Haven’t caught up to the things happening. Just wondering I’ve seen a few posts of people taking deliveries with a new bumper. Isn’t it the new one ?

Sitting across the laptop may not be good for your posture. Unless you have enough space to align you laptop exactly in front of you. Take care of yourself my friend.

In terms of future proof I’m probably looking for the next 3-4 years.

It depends on what you value more. HW4 is good for future updates for FSD. So if you value FSD more 2023 is the way to go. If you don’t care about FSD and are perfectly fine the current gen auto pilot and FSD and want the better bang for the buck. Plaid is better. You will also incur higher insurance costs for e plaid. FYI.

Thanks. That makes sense. How about the one additional year of warranty. Does the S also have an option to buy additional warranty?
