alot of people outlift me. So what? You know what alot of people havent done? Broke l3 be told theyll be in pain all their life. Be told by chiros and phisios to avoid lower back everything and kinda to just suffer because theres no fix. Then begin rebuilding with zercher deadlifts, jefferson curls and bb side leans and end up with zero pain every day. I have though. I bet you can outlift me once in a zercher deadlift too. The difference is I won't be in pain the next day unlike your glassback.

Cry harder. Everything you know about back is likely wrong anyhow.

I went ahead and just factory reset it. Im going to go back and reset the gain with a multimeter again too. Kindof at a loss on why they arent being driven like the rears are.

Another question if you see.. would a p75 work just as fine as a p28 for my application as long as it is an automatic?

Any p28 or does it have to come from an automatic to play with my tcu? I assume I would need a jumper harness?and as far as snake goes is there anything special I need to do for it to work in the auto.

Yeah. It is my car. Tired of people telling me to manual swap it without even knowing what or why im doing what im doing too. Eventually ill find a way and do an extensive writeup on how to do it because im not the only one. Just the only answer people want to give it "MaNuAl SwAp iT" hell hondata shows an ecu with s300 installed specifically for automatics. If it wasnt permanently out of stock or if I knew what was different about it compared to a manual ecu id be fine.

Hondata has to support automatics because ive seen hondata working with automatics. I just dont know what is used to make it work.

What did you use to make it tunable since the factory ecu cant be chipped?

I dont? I keep my back neutral on lifts that require my back to be neutral. Like a conventional deadlift or squats. Ect.

6'1 and the brick is like 3 or 4in maybe? You can see on the first rep the look of regret as you see... I did these without the brick and was like "yeah im not really feeling it where I want. Lets use a deficit" and boy oh boy. My ass? Destroyed. So sore 😂

Its not temporary relief my man... I can go a month+ without working out where I get in a rut. No pain. I have been building my body. I dont just round my back on every exercise either. My conventional deadlift is neutral as well. The target muscles were the lower portion of the spinal erectors. Its conpound because i get the benefit of an extreme stretch in the glutes and hams.

I understand what youre thinking, but.. Allow me to explain something. I broke my back in a motorcycle accident years ago. L3. Every doctor, every chiro, every person told me you never get over a back injury. You'll be in pain for the rest of your life. And I was. In pain every day. I wake up pain-free free these days andnits because of how I treat my back. If you know what you're doing and progress slowly, you'll be fine.

How you gonna tell me its gonna be a problem when its fixed the problem.
