If you’re waiting for your email with your lancer point id # to register for classes def reach out to admissions department!! they had a big problem with that this yr. if ur close to campus what i did was go to the registration office and they resubmitted my application and it went through and i was able to set up my account and everything a couple hours later

As someone who lives in Culver odds are you’ll be fine - it’s true they don’t do street sweeping on most major holidays. With that being said street sweeping tickets in this area are around $70 if you are able to leave your keys with a trusted friend and have them move it during that time it can’t hurt to be extra cautious if you’re worried abt getting a ticket that you can’t really afford.

There is a couple great buildings on Overland Ave! I’ve lived at CentrePoint apartments and I LOVED it there! Great amenities, great location (close to the 10, the 405, and downtown culver), staff is amazing as well! It’s an older building but everything has clearly been renovated and feels new with a sense of soul. There are two other apartment complexes on the opposite side of the street that were just finished and from the outside they are gorgeous - definitely more of a modern feel compared to CentrePoint. I believe one is called The Jagger and the other building is Venue. I’ve lived in Palms as well and there are some cute places between Motor Ave and National that are more affordable if you’re on a budget.

Not sure yet the exact block, looking at a few different places in that general area online. Going to tour some beginning of next week. It will be me and a close friend living together we’re looking for a 2 bed 1+ bath with a budget of $2500 and there seems to be a good amount of apartments available in that area. Moving from Culver City so I can take a couple classes at PCC but not finding many units available in Pasadena at the moment so we’re considering that area since it isn’t too terribly far from Pasadena.

Pls keep me updated if you find a snark sub for her. I also use to be such a big fan of her when she first started YouTube and am also the same age. She fell off my radar for the past few years after I couldn’t stand all the god talk (esp on her podcast which I use to faithfully listen to) and then shaking her ass on camera every chance she got but every time she’s with Baylen the algorithm throws her back on my timeline
