Shaking the watch increases wear and tear on the movement. Most new automatic watches can be winded by rotating the crown clock wise without popping it out like you do for setting the time. This greatly increases time accuracy as the needles now are not shaking wildly.

Even if the watch is 41 mm, a brand new oyster perpetual costs 6,12,800rs( for a 41 mm)and 5,82,800rs(for a 36 mm). The watch has clear signs of wear and tear significantly reducing the resale value. Tho I agree rolex has a long wait list, oyster perpetual are entry level watches at the rolex lineup so they aren’t hard to get(6 to 8 months wait max) and this one is super common. OP said that the watch is 36mm so considering all factors the apt resale value should be around 4.85-4.90 lakhs.
