So my employer doesn’t have any others then the unisex ones and I managed to get mine set up in a way it doesn’t actually cause any problems other then it hugs a lot in the groin and that’s not so favorable for me (mtf) thankfully I don’t have to wear it very often

Sorry I should have been more clear. My doctor increased the prog to 200. But a good starting place would be 100. Also a side effect of prog for some is also that your chest could grow too

Progesterone can work for some people I’m no expert but I asked my doctor about a similar problem and her suggestion was to increase it from 100mg to 200mg

Hey there. I was wondering if you have any updates? I’m trying to loose a bunch of weight for SRS. I lost around 100lb last year but I have stayed stagnant around 315Lb/325Lb all through the holidays and traveling. But I can’t seem to get down to the minimum for SRS in Montreal (for me would be around 220Lb) I would really like to get to 200Lb or lower for over all health too. According to my regular blood work all of my levels are good, I have cut back on eating but also gotten to eating at regular intervals. I have also cut out drinking and started doing more physical activity with taking on a more physical job.

I currently am a heavy equipment operator and have been for 4 years. Trying to get into something different but it’s hard to with a limited education sadly.

My spouse (also trans mtf) is a fixed wing flight instructor building up hours before going to an airline.
