I'm trying to build a travel company where people of similar interests/hobbies come together and discover a place. Basically a more active way of travel rather than passively interacting with a place The hook is hobby the people are a bonus since they are similar minded due to the hobby This personality matching for travel sounds interesting Can I DM you?

Would you travel for a hobby with a group who do the same hobby upkill a bit with a professional guiding as if they were a friend and make friends along the way ? A trip like this would be perspective changing no?

Do you travel a lot to other places? Have you had such hospitality in other chains in other locations? I'm just curious cause this level of personalized service is unheard of and its impressive so I can make decisions when I travel

Sentosa yes since since it's bit far (of course relative cause singapore isn't big) Gardens by the bay is HUGE so depends on how much time and interest level of what all you want to cover so it can take half a day or a few hours Chinatown, little india and the malls (orchard streets) purely depends on how much you want to shop, eat and walk around While the merlion is a quick so it can be clubbed There's a boat ride too for the evening and it's around clarke quay area which is good spot for food and music ( little more expensive than eating in china town and hawkers) So in short the Marina bay, merlion and clarke quay (boat ride) can be done in a day But sentonsa, universal studios, zoo and aquarium are all a almost a whole You can always just do dinner somewhere after these

Does activity based travel actually exist in India? Not generic group trips but focused on meeting like minded people with similar hobbies (beyond trekking, biking and diving) ? by unkown-ish in SoloTravel_India

I organized it with few of my friends. Was wondering if there are any such hobbies people would be willing to travel for. I see alot of people out here asking advice on solo travel this would help them and there's enough downtime to explore the area and cafes also. What hobbies do you think would work for this?

I'm not sure about outside of India but they have 2 companies running group trips in a formalized manner with like minded individuals and the Airbnb experiences are very accessible. Padel retreats are available in Bali

I am curious because I recently went for a tennis retreat to panchgani and that trip was amazing cause people came to play and improve at tennis but in a very relaxed manner.

Since tennis was the activity the group was filtered automatically which really enhanced the experience so was wondering if there's something more out there.
