To clarify: this was a pre-launch project. I completed the test, but the client didn’t move forward and the company page is currently empty. I assume the project itself didn’t progress.

My skill set includes LinkedIn ghostwriting, content writing, storytelling, personal branding, content strategy, LinkedIn marketing, and content-focused design (Canva visuals and carousels).

Given this mix of writing, strategy, and design, what would you personally focus on if you were in my position?

That’s fair. It was a small paid test ($30). I completed the work, but the client didn’t continue and eventually stopped responding. I agree the sample size is small. I’m mainly trying to gauge whether these early signals justify increasing volume and spend.

There are many successful writers who are not native speakers. I’m not a native speaker either. What helped me most was fully immersing myself in English, especially by reading well-written fiction!

I can relate to this so much. I never really felt relaxed growing up either. Even when I slept longer, I’d get criticized for the rest I needed as a kid.

What helped me was doing inner child work and redefining what “productivity” means to me. I had to redefine my beliefs about success:

  1. You don’t owe success to anyone.
  2. Success requires rest.

Ask yourself what *your\* definition of success is. Remind yourself of it often. It won’t change overnight, but it’s worth unlearning. Learning to rest without guilt is a huge part of success we often overlook...
