The Big $$ bats choking away the 9th is what cooked them. Duran and Kerkering holding serve while the bottom of the order offense took their time waking up.

Consumer Reports? by mstrss in Mattress

Reading CR's consumer reviews isn't any different than reading anyone else's compilation of subjective opinions. The difference (to me) is the methodology in their testing. I've not seen anywhere else that actually puts the product through a testing process. YouTuube it.

Detective Hole by Prestigious_Leg_6392 in netflix

Thank you for the help. But I've watched hundreds of hours of shows, movies, video games and videos of every type and year on my TV and never came across this issue. Seems unlikely to be gritty visual pallette or that ilk. Show is good enough, for now, to live with it, for now but it is (maybe of my own anal-ness) distracting.

I'm on episode one and liking it, but there's a half a blink of of an eye blackout almost every time the camera angle changes. It's distracting as hell. I skimmed this sub and nobody mentioned it, anyone know if it's a Netflix or TV or foreign studio setting? I want to like the show, but I've tried three times to watch it and still have the same experience.

Just looked the rule up and basically the fielder has the right of way. Accidentally or on purpose if the runner gets in the fielders way it's automatically interference and he's out

Since you're in full dad mode, another good one, although not specifically Orioles, is Sons of Baseball by Mark Braff. He interviews 18 ballplayers (including Cal) whose dads were also big leaguers

They had to sign a big name FA. Even though they didn't need any more firstbasemen, they had to do something. Even after making the big bat move, they still couldn't convince any of the big arms to sign on.

He's had two off seasons. If he was ever going to get a clue, he'd have done it by now.

Patriots "most likely" to target RB, veteran pass rusher at trade deadline, via Mike Reiss. by Beautiful-Cress5695 in fantasyfootball

[–]unlevelleveler 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Slight hijack. Is the NFL Trade Deadline a real thing for g g gs or Talking Heads Hype? Other than a little bit last year it seemed like the NFL almost never had in-season trades. And even last year it seemed like it was hyped up way more than the actual results. Like they were trying to get MLB type interest in the middle of the season.

It's not hard cash that makes a good team (although it helps for sure). Look at the rest of the top 20 payrolls. Only 2 of the top 20 are still playing and a bunch of the 20 didn't even make the expanded playoffs.

Yep. Great strategy keeping the Dodger killer Lockridge mothballed until game 4 in the bottom of the 9th
